Teachvatory is a private teaching-team workspace for organizing course rosters, reviewing assignment submissions, and understanding course participation. It brings together the course sources a teacher configures, including Google Sheets, Canvas, and Teachly.
Connect the sources you use
Google sign-in identifies your account. Access to the workspace is limited to invited accounts. Course tools help teaching teams review roster information, filter course views, analyze assignments, and prepare briefs. Optional AI tools use the provider selected in the workspace.
Google Drive and roster publishing
Where roster publishing is enabled, a separate Google Drive connection lets Teachvatory create or update roster and filter tabs in a spreadsheet you configure. Publishing requires its own setup; signing in alone does not publish a roster. The Drive connection requests broad Drive permission to support existing folders and spreadsheets supplied by the teacher.
