Workspace access

Teachvatory is a private workspace for invited teaching-team accounts. Use it only for courses, records, and connected accounts you are authorized to access. Keep credentials private and follow the requirements of your institution and the services you connect.

Course data and publishing

You are responsible for choosing appropriate sources, profile attributes, destinations, and file-sharing settings. Before enabling roster publishing, review the destination and selected tabs: a sync can replace their existing values. Confirm that the people with access to the output are permitted to receive the selected student information.

Review results

Source information, identity matches, calculated results, and AI-generated material can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before using them for grading, student communications, or other consequential decisions. Availability and sync timing depend on the connected services.
